Recently switched from good-old (meaning: 'good, but old') ThinkPad T60 to MacBook Pro Retina 15'. I have to use both MacOS and Windows for different work scenarios. So my current setup is: Windows 7 under Parallels VM inside MacOS X. And under Windows I reinstalled 'my precious' HyperSnap. Hello everyone,
I've experienced unusual problems trying to share my screen on my MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
I first used Skype and tried to share my screen, but somehow only a black screen with the moving mouse cursor was shared.
Macbook pro has a lock on the screen. I thought it might be a software problem and although I use the latest version of Skype I tried a different sharing service called join.me.
Curiously the exact same thing happened. It's not the case that only a part of the screen is shared, but a plain black solid with the moving mouse cursor visible.
I already ran software update and there's nothing to update. I also set the screen to different scaling options and nothing has changed.
Anyone having similar issues with Skype? I'm also new to Mac OS so if there's something to configure in order to use VoIP screen sharing let me know..

Thanks in advance.
